At Bloom Cosmetics, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure that products are unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused items in their original boxes and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
